Day 3

Breakfast: 3/4 cup 1% milk, 2/3 cup fiber cereal, 1/2 english muffin with 1 tsp. peanut butter - YUMMY!

Snack: 1 cup watermelon

Lunch: turkey chili with tomatoes, 1/2 cup brown rice - DELISH!

Drinking lots of water!
